The person who receives the gift card has 12 months to claim their shoot. We set the date together.
I'm a student abroad, so I'm not always in France: we set the date together, during one of my visits.
If the travel extra doesn't suit, the gift card stays valid in the shop: guides, photos, prints.
If the weather is too bad, the shoot is postponed. Only costs already incurred (train ticket, hotel night) are not refunded.
You can change your mind for 14 days after purchase: full refund. After that, the gift card is no longer refundable. All the details are in the terms "Shoots and gift cards" (in French).
