Do the presets work on a phone?
Yes, with the Lightroom mobile app.
Is a preset enough?
A preset gives you a nice photo. My final photos go through masks dosed photo by photo, then Photoshop: the guide teaches you all of it, nothing is kept secret.
And Photoshop?
Passion covers Lightroom. Editing in Photoshop will be a separate volume: if you have Passion, you'll move up by paying only the difference.
